From the tranquil feeling of sitting on the edge of a lake, to the dramatic twists of tree branches, through oils and watercolors I strive to capture the marvels of nature, and how nature makes me feel.
I graduated Houghton University in 2022, with a BFA degree in fine arts and a concentration in oil painting. I have worked with local growing companies to create design work for their businesses, as well as with individuals to create custom commissions. I have lived in rural parts of Tennessee, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, as well as a brief year in Prague, Czech Republic during my childhood. I am now living in Senoia GA, with my wonderful husband JT, and our two kittens Akina and Sage. 😊

Throughout the entirety of my life (so far) I spend as much time as I possibly can out in nature, sketching and observing the beauty that can so easily be dismissed in the chaos of today’s times. In the midst of this modern world nature is more valuable than ever, providing a moment of peace just by taking the time to step out of the chaos and glance at the living, breathing, beautiful ecosystem that surrounds us daily. Although I've explored an array of mediums (including linocuts, photography, screen-printing) I continually return to the smooth, textured gloss of oil paints, the fluidity and transparency of watercolors, and the adaptability of clay to capture the feelings of nature. 🌻
